I really enjoyed getting to know and meet all of the staff at New Fountains. They were friendly, easy to work with and were helpful anytime I had questions. Maintenance was also helpful if I ever needed help with or had questions about anything. I liked that they did act as a community and had social events throughout the year that were beneficial and engaging for all residents. Thank you so much for making my stay there a good one. You all rock! Keep in touch!

Living here is maintenance free for us tenants. Any issue I have had while living here the past 4 years has been taken care in a quick timely matter. The whole maintenance crew is great but I gotta give it to Joerge, he’s come through before/after his shift fixing issue. Joerge has also followed up a day after the repairs making sure everything was still in check. Thanks dude!

I’ve lived here for a few years and I have to say that it’s been good. The building is well maintained, quiet, neighbors are friendly and everyone at the office is always willing to help with any trouble you may have. They make little activities for all the residents and helpful information that can help the community.

I want to give a big shout out to one of the maintenance crew members. One of our windows was broken by a previous tenant but thankfully Ricardo did an amazing job completing the installation of the new window. Not only did Ricardo finish the installation but he was very informative and kept us in the look every step of the way. Thank you again for all your hard work!

I lived here almost 9yrs and this place kept my security deposit ( No matter what the security deposit was) because of paint issue and they claimed broken blinds which I brought new before I moved out. Not to mention my carpet wasn't new …

HORRIBLE PLACE!!. The Showers get really cold all the time they sometimes get hot. Some kid was throwing Baja mountain dew cans on my balcony last year. There’s broken curtains. Broken windows. I lived here for only 2 years and it’s bad now. I give this place a 1 star.
